Fall Camp Delta at Tower Park 2010
The biggest little military vehicle event in the west

General Info for Those New to the Event:

This is a camping-oriented, military-historical flea market and vehicle show at a large KOA campground in the California Delta area. It offers the second largest annual buying and selling opportunity plus MV attendance in the West, behind our April Camp Delta event. There is NO CHARGE FOR ADMISSION - campers only pay their daily fee to KOA and day users commuting from hotels and motels in nearby Lodi or Rio Vista pay nothing.

For professional and amateur vendors this event is the best deal out there. There is NO VENDOR FEE, only the camping fee. Numbered full-hookup sites are generous, mostly 40'x40' square unless on the outside of turns. There is a dry camping field for those wanting to spend less. We also devote some space for day-use vendors with no camping. Non-MV parking is limited in Camp 2 and 4. Some parking is available on the levee near the office and boating area.

Military vehicles are invited with NO REGISTRATION FEES, just bring it! You are welcome to drive around the campground at any time. MVs are generally parked at your campsite, or if you are commuting you can park at someone else's site or we will find a place for it. There is NO JUDGING except occasionally we have a People's Choice Award.

Attendees are more than welcome to set up military-historical displays at their campsite even if they haven't told us ahead of time.

The Fall Camp Delta meet is similar to the Spring version. Only the Fall meet tends to deliver a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere. It's a great time to get reacquainted with old friends, make some new ones, and see what your fellow MVCC members have been wrenching on all Summer. And don't forget shopping for those last minute treasures for your project!

Military living historians are quite welcome at MVCC events. We have a grass area with some shade that can be used for living history displays and camping. This is not a "civilian" camping area. Contact John Neuenburg for info at in_garage@hotmail.com. Individuals are encouraged to wear obsolete uniforms or clothes whenever they want. There is nothing like a live mannequin to show off collectibles. Collectors of WW2 Axis or other former enemy-of-the-U.S. militaria who wish to wear or display things should contact us for special instructions.

Food options, other than what you bring, include a restaurant with bar at the marina next to the store.

Live ammunition is prohibited from this event.

The MVCC Board and Stockton/Delta KOA reserve the right to restrict participation by those who disrupt our event for any reason.
